The
following guidelines provide help when completing
the form.
Step
One - Subject
The first step is to decide the main subject of the
portrait
and the total number of people or animals in the portrait.
Please give details of "Special" portrait
if requested
Step
Two - Medium (See Selecting
a Medium for more information)
The next thing you have to do is to
decide on the medium for your portrait. Your choices
are pencil, coloured pencil, pen and ink, watercolour
and mixed media, or NOT sure Artist to advise.
Step
Three - Size (See Price
& Sizes for more information)
The third step is to consider the final
size of the portrait.
Give details of Special Size (further details in Comments
Section)
Step
Four - Photos or Digital
Images (See Choosing
a Photo for more information)
A
portrait can easily be prepared with more than one
person or animal in it from different photos. So do
not worry about having all the subjects in the same
photo.
The
pictures need to be sent to me before any work can
start.
How do you intend to send them ?
Step
Five - Timescale
Portraits normally take between 2 - 6 weeks from receipt
of your photos and deposit. Ideally when would you
like to have the portrait by (Date) ?

Six - Contact Details
Give full details as requested

Seven - Cost & Payment Details (See
Terms
and Conditions )
The
cost is based on the portrait size, medium and for
multiple heads there is an additional charge. Please
calculate the cost, remember to add on the cost of
postage, packing and insurance (£10 in the UK
and £20 non UK) to get the Total Cost.

Payment
of Deposit: A check/cheque/money order for 40% of
the Total Cost should be made payable to Marilyn Stephenson
and included with the Order Form
Step
Eight - Comments or additional information
Complete
as required
Once
you have completed the Order Form post it with your
photos (unless you are sending digital images by email)
and the 40% deposit to the address below.
